The School of Parent Education (SPE) is a Philadelphia-based 501 (c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to equipping parents, guardians, and caregivers with the knowledge and skills needed to foster self-awareness, effective parenting, and family growth. Since 2012, we have provided workshops, programs, and support services to empower parents at every stage of their journey, building stronger families and communities.

Our Story

Filling the Gaps in Parenting Support

The School of Parent Education (SPE) began as a program within Daddy University Inc. when we noticed a gap—once children were 6-8 years old, parenting resources became scarce. Parents who didn’t qualify for public services were left without support.
